Policy In order to enhance the sales of Advanced Sleeve products and the servicing of Advanced Sleeve customers, and to maximize the aggressiveness and profitability of Advanced Sleeve dealers:
When ordering, be sure to specify correct part number and/or description of product needed. If unsure of correct numbers, please have make, model, year and horsepower information available. Freight All shipments are FOB, Mentor, Ohio. Claims Damaged or lost goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Claims should be filed with the delivering carrier upon receipt of the order. Price Changes Advanced Sleeve tries to maintain prices for the entire season, but reserves the right to change prices without notice and to bill at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. Payment All orders are shipped COD unless other payment arrangements are made prior to shipment. Personal checks are not acceptable from dealers. All orders shipped outside of the United States must be prepaid in U.S. dollars or by irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Advanced Sleeve payable to a bank in the United States. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Back Orders Backorders will be sent as product becomes available. When ordering, please specify if you require backorders to be cancelled. Please check your invoice for indicated backordered items. Backorders will be held for 60 days unless otherwise noted. Returns All merchandise purchased from Advanced Sleeve requires a return authorization number in order to process quickly and efficiently. Please include a copy of your invoice and letter of explanation Warranty All Advanced Sleeve products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Advanced Sleeve reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where we feel it is not the failure of the product. |
