HELP Foundation, Inc’s mission is to serve children and adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities by providing quality care, education and safe housing. The philosophy is to guide individuals in exercising personal choice so that they may achieve their goals, enjoying the lives they want, as contributing members of the community. Underlying all of HELP Foundation’s programs is the belief that every child and adult has the capacity to learn and grow.
